We offer standard and express shipping across Canada. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1-3 business days. All orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

We accept returns on most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging. Some exclusions apply, such as personalized items and perishable treats.

To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Page and send us a message with your order number. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.

Each apparel and harness product page includes a detailed sizing chart. We recommend measuring your pet's chest girth, neck, and length and comparing it to the chart for the best fit. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.

Our premium orthopedic beds come with a removable cover. Unzip the cover and machine wash it on a gentle, cold cycle. Tumble dry on low or air dry. Do not machine wash the inner foam core.

Absolutely. The safety and well-being of your pets is our highest priority. All of our products are carefully sourced and rigorously tested to meet high safety standards. We only sell products that we would feel confident giving to our own pets.

All of our treats, including our popular premium salmon treats, are made right here in Canada using ethically sourced, human-grade ingredients with no artificial preservatives.
